These terms cover your use of Wanted FX, an online tool that uses AI to edit short videos. By buying credits or creating a video you agree to them.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any purchase.

2. Credits and payments

• Credits are sold in one-time packs through Stripe. There is no subscription.
• Each video costs credits per second, based on length and quality. The cost is shown before you generate.
• Credits are tied to your browser. Use your private link to open the same balance on another device. Anyone with that link can use your credits, so keep it private.
• All sales are final. If a render fails on our side or is blocked by moderation, its credits go back to your balance automatically. A render that finishes but isn't what you hoped for is not a failed render.

3. Your uploads and results

• Only upload videos and photos you own or have permission to use.
• You keep ownership of your uploads and your results, and you can post them anywhere, including commercially. You let us process your files only to make your videos.
• Results are made by AI and can differ from what you expect. Check every result before you post it.

4. What you can't do

• No sexual content, weapons, violence, hate or harassment, and no content involving minors in a harmful way.
• No edits of real people without their consent, and nothing meant to deceive or impersonate.
• Don't upload other people's copyrighted game footage, logos or artwork, and don't present results as official material of any game or publisher.

5. Not affiliated

Wanted FX is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any game publisher. Our locations are original AI-generated scenes.

6. No warranty

Wanted FX is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page.
